WHY STAYING HERE? We offer a 30 m2 exclusive rustic loft located in Vila Verde, 4Km from heart of Sintra UNESCO Heritage Town (10 min car driving to Historical Center, Sintra National Palace, MUSA - Museum of Sintra Arts) and 10Km to Sintra ocean coast and beaches.

Located on the center of a small village with great selection of restaurants, close to public transportation (every hour buses to Sintra, Mafra and beaches) and supermarkets nearby. It has been very recently renovated with a very fresh and rustic style.

Additionally, our exclusive terrace with 18 m2 with great landscape views offers moments of relax and sunbaths.

This exclusive rustic loft with terrace has independent access from the main house.

- Extra double bed ready for extra 1 or 2 guests
- Work/dinner table with 2 chairs
- Individual sofa
- Fresh linen and towels are provided
- Bathroom with Hydromassage Shower Cabin. Towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and hair dryer (fan) are provided
- Food conner with appliances such as fridge, microwaves, coffee machine, kettle along with cooking utensils, full dinner set, glasses, etc
- Free coffee and tea
- Free WiFi Internet

Check in time is between 2PM (14:00) and 11PM (23:00).

Check out time until 11AM (14:00).

We always welcome guests personally to ensure they arrive well, understand all facilities and may have their burning questions answered.

IMPORTANT:
- This exclusive rustic loft is located inside a stone house where host lives. For this reason, we usually do not accept noise between 22:00 and 7:00. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
- This exclusive rustic loft is for NON SMOKERS, if our guests smoke in the house or/and in the garden 50EUR penalty will be apply.
- Our local accommodation does comply with local authority to charge each booking SINTRA TOURIST TAX.
- Amenity "Extra double bed ready for extra 1 or 2 guests" not available for 1 or 2 guests booking.

HEATING AND COOLING ON DEMAND (optional):
- heating system during cold season is provided on demand (4EUR/night)
- cooling system during hot season is provided on demand (free/no cost)
