"It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!"

"Fantastic location, older hotel but very charming. They need to cleanup the bottom floor/abandoned rooms on the ocean, but it really doesn’t effect the overall experience unless you venture down there. Beautiful views from rooms and hotel grounds."

L’appartement donnait sur la plus belle vue de l’île avec le volcan de Lipari en premier plan, puis les cratères de Vulcano et l’Etna au loin. Magique. Appartement très confortable équipé de la climatisation. L’endroit est sur les hauteurs de l’île à 15 minutes du port et de la ville de Lipari. Nous n’avions pas de voiture, mais pour quelques euros Lucio nous déposait où nous le souhaitions avec le sourire....

Manuella was a great host explaining the best places to visit on Salina. The breakfasts were very good and made from local produce, with Manuella giving a detailed explanation of the produce. Room was very clean and a brilliant view from the patio where we had breakfast. We would thoroughly reccommend this property."
