"The pool, board games, and game room/garage were big hits with our kids (ages 6-18). There was plenty of outdoor seating, a dining table large enough for us all to sit around, and (this is unusual for homes we've rented) large enough pots and pans to cook for our crew of 9! Communication with the hostess was excellent. If you plan to kayak, do make sure you have a vehicle that can haul the kayaks to the river; it's not possible to walk there. We all had plenty of room both inside and outside and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for comfortably while being away from home. The kids spent all of their time in the pool, while the adults had a great space in the outside area to enjoy late evenings. "

"The host was there to greet us and went over things in the camper. She was very nice!! We took our pit mix dog and she was very accepting of that. I would definitely use this host again!! The camper was super cute and the pond was a peaceful place!! We went to the Shenandoah Cavers and to Cooters restaurant!! A wonderful visot!!"

"This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again! "

"We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable. Shannon was very prompt and responsive, which made communication easy. Great place for a fun time for the whole family—the kids room and provided toys, along with the game room, kept the kids entertained, and the coffee bar was a big hit with the coffee lovers in our group. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after long days. Highly recommend!"
