"Great hotel with fantastic buffet for breakfast. Sad that Hotels.com / Expedia will not refund a day when you check out one day before. Not the fault of Hilton hotel"

"The rooms were full of mold, the air was thick with the smell of it. First room we got it was visible in the bathrooms and the ac unit, and within 10min of being in the room my partner and I had a headache and a scratchy throat. We of course requested a new room, in which the mold smell was just as thick. We requested a refund since we were not willing to risk our health but was denied this. The staff member showed us about 4-5 other rooms, all but one of which smelled like mold, the only one...

"I hate tell others about a great place at a great price. There may not be room for me the next time I'm in town. This was more than expected. At a wonderful price."

"The property was quiet and in a wonderful area."

"Great stay! Nice, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room & bed, great breakfast."

"We stayed here 1 night on our way to Tennessee from Florida. The hotel was built in 1906, and the furniture and decor was very quaint. Staff was very nice, and the location was awesome. Walk to restaurants and downtown just about a block away. Highly recommend staying here."

"Dealing with this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had booking through Expedia. The airline that was a part of our package somehow made a hour and a half right turned into a 24 hour ordeal that left me stranded in Nashville when I should have been in Georgia. Even though contacted and advised of what happened once 24 hours later I arrive they refuse to check me into the hotel. I had to stand outside approximately three hours, chatting with their customer service to try to explain...

"I was there for 5 days and asked my room be made up. It was not made up one time even though the staff said we do it everyday"
