Nearby Lincolnville Beach, Camden and Belfast offer numerous area amenities and activities.

Located in the historic waterfront district of Temple Heights, The Gazebo Beach Cottage provides a very nicely appointed location for a relaxing vacation in style.

In addition to the beautiful water views of Penobscot Bay and Islesboro and the morning sunrises, the beach in front of the cottage is the main attraction. A great beach for swimming, exploring, a nightly bonfire, or even a launching spot for your kayak adventure - this semi-private beach is accessible by stairs on the property and is for just you and your area neighbors.
Inside, the property is very nicely furnished for renting. Updated furniture throughout the property will make you feel right at home.
Upon entering the main level you are greeted by a bright, modern and well equipped kitchen. Continuing into the cottage is the formal dining area with wraparound windows and open ocean and beach views. The living room is comfortably furnished with ample seating for viewing the the TV or the view beyond. Off the kitchen is a half bath with laundry.

Opening the sliding doors off the living room brings you to the large covered porch with ample room for all to congregate and enjoy the splendor of the Maine coast with steps lead off the porch to the grassy yard.

A great property for doing area activities, Gazebo Beach Cottage is located just off the Shore Rd, which leads for miles along the coast in either direction providing a great resource for bike riding and walking without the concerns for speeding traffic. Nearby downtown Belfast offers an eclectic mix of restaurants, shops and galleries to explore. Camden to the south is equally nice and about 20 minutes away.
