One of the most extravagant homes in Coolidge Falls, this standalone 5,000 sq ft mountain retreat spans four levels and features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths.

Enter through a spacious tiled mudroom with boot warmers, bench seating, hooks, and gear storage. An attached heated two-car garage offers ample space for skis and equipment.

The main level showcases an open-concept living and dining area with stunning views of Loon’s North Peak, plus a half bath. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Wolf double ovens and a six-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, walk-in pantry, and is fully stocked for memorable après-ski meals. A wraparound deck overlooks the slopes and provides plenty of space for the whole group to relax.

Upstairs, the primary king suite offers a cozy sitting area with mountain views. A loft workspace is ideal for remote work. The second upper-level bedroom sleeps up to eight with two bunk sets with trundles and a queen bed, plus a TV, air hockey table, and a tucked-away eave space with bean bags and books.

The middle level includes an en-suite king bedroom, plus queen and full bedrooms with private deck access, a shared full bath, and a large laundry room.

Shuttle service is offered through Loon Mountain on weekends and holidays, excluding President`s week. The pickup point for the shuttle is directly in front of the home- no walking to a pickup point!

You will have access to the on-site, private hot tub, as well as pass access to the neighboring development`s recreation facility with indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub.

Please note that due to insurance restrictions, the wood burning fireplace and elevator are not available for guest use.
