Right when we walked in, I could tell the vibe was off. We head in to check in and the guy literally looked like a tweaker. Who am I to judge a book by its cover though? Maybe he was having a bad day. We get the key and head up to the room, we walk in and right away noticed the smell. Straight bleach and a hint of litter. That's right. Litter. We kinda shrug it off like maybe they just cleaned the room, right? We set our things down and open the window and boom no screen. Keep in mind, we are on the top floor with a dog. Like okay period? We open the window slightly for the smell to go away. We head out to dinner and come back. We arrived and we wanted some ice for our drinks. We grab the bucket that is used for ice and its dirty. Disgusting. There was chunks in there as if someone spit their mucus after coughing. Gross. We settle down and get ready for bed. We then realized that the bed was a full when we had reserved a queen room. I was not going to go down to the lobby to complain because hello? We had already settled in. Even though I deeply wanted to. We wake up the next morning and head to check out. Boom more tweakers. Like I understand make that money but please dress accordingly, brush your hair and please spray perfume or change your clothes after smoking. I hand her the cards and I asked her if I get any money back due to not staying in a queen room like I had reserved, and she says in a rude tone "they are all queens". Someone's lying. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
