    No 117 at D Sands, also known as "License to Krill", offers ground floor access with an amazing ocean view from the oceanside balcony. A comfortable queen bed sleeps two, and guests can enjoy the convenience of a walk-in shower in the bathroom as well as a kitchenette supplied with all the basic dish ware and cookware. Come enjoy a beach getaway today! Update 12/26: Fireplace disabled for HOA to repair flue.



    The Space:

    No 117 at D Sands Condominiums offers ground floor access with an amazing ocean view from the oceanside balcony. A comfortable queen bed sleeps two, and guests can enjoy the convenience of a walk-in shower in the bathroom as well as a kitchenette supplied with all the basic dishes and cookware. Come enjoy a beach getaway today!



    Note: Fireplace disabled for HOA to repair flue.



    Guest Access:

    The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



    This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

    Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them.     Other Things to Note:

    This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



    Interaction with Guests:

    D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Breach getaway

The hotel room was what one would expect. It was nice to have a balcony to listen to the ocean and enjoy the weather. Would stay here again.

Oh my gosh, this place exceeded my expectations. The condo was cozy and beautiful. Beautiful view of the ocean while we were either sitting inside our room or out on the private deck. Full size refrigerator, range, microwave and coffee pot and fully stocked with cookware and eating utensils. I Did Not Want To Leave!! Loved every single moment and just everything about it. If I could I’d give .

Disappointed and not worth the price!

During out annual trip to Lincoln City, we stayed with you at 117 Licensed to Krill. ( Aug 16-19) Unfortunately our stay at your place was extremely disappointing. #1 We were not able to get into our room at the stated time. #2 Our fridge was dirty and still had food/drink in it. (we told staff) #3 We had no hot wanted on day 3 until the afternoon. (we told staff with no response) #4 There were kids above us throwing food on our patio and even threw a can of food on the beach, which caused the birds to gather on our patio. They even wanted to come inside, which doesn't make using our patio and option. We did speak to the above party with kids with no success. #5....last but no least we had No TV the entire time, which wasn't that big of deal, but it would have been nice to have. ( we told staff) At the price I paid to stay in that room that was unacceptable. We will not being staying there again. I reached out to the D Sands before writing this review. They said they were too busy to respond at that time, but would reach out again. Unfortunately, I have waited now for a week and half since leaving the property with no response.

Toilet self flushing. Deck flooring floods with rain. Kitchen faucet will not swivel. Box springs lining hanging on floor. Thermostat settings incorrect.
