This home is warm with timber columns, ambient lighting and comfortable furnishings. As you lounge in the dining room, living room or bedroom you can enjoy the incredible oceanfront experience. The endless ocean view to the West, views of Cascade Head to the North and miles of sandy beach to the South is breathtaking. With the incredible views and rare private path to the beach, this is a unique find!

The living room has a gas fireplace, a large sectional sofa, TV and DVD player. There is access from the dining room to a small deck and the lawn of the oceanfront backyard. The open floor plan allows seating at the dining table and kitchen bar. The washer and dryer are located in the pantry next to the bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath. Upstairs, the large suite has a king bed, bay windows with amazing ocean views, an en-suite bathroom with spa tub and a walk-in shower. Every upstairs bedroom has a TV and ocean views. There is an upstairs deck with seating. This home is designed and decorated with your family`s enjoyment in mind. Deer and birds will often be seen in this neighborhood which is backed up to heavily wooded forest. You will feel the serenity of nature, yet are only minutes away from shopping, dining and the casino.
Please respect quiet hours of 9pm-7am, especially in the hot tub as sound carries outside. No parties! Be sure to report any damage to us immediately during your stay so we can take care of it and it does not negatively impact the next guest stay.
