La Jandrine – Charming House with Private Heated Pool in the Heart of Périgord

The house (170 m² over 2 floors) comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms, including 2 with air conditioning and one on a mezzanine. Two bedrooms have adjustable beds. The bright 60 m² living room is the heart of the house, with a stone fireplace, exposed beams, and stone walls creating a warm, authentic atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for shared meals and convivial evenings.



Pool & Garden: The private, secure pool (8 x 4 m, depth 0.90–1.70 m) is open April to late October, weather permitting. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. The enclosed 3,000 m² garden is a playground for all ages: hammock, loungers, parasols, barbecue, fire pit, electric plancha, garden furniture, badminton/volleyball net, ping-pong table, swing, games, and pétanque.



Ideal location: Quiet hamlet 900 m from a village (bakery, bar, hiking), 25 min from Montignac-Lascaux and Périgueux, 40 min from Sarlat-la-Canéda, in the heart of Périgord’s golden triangle.



Amenities: 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, 2 WCs (1 separate), washing machine, dryer, 2 fridge/freezers, wood heating (wood supplied) plus oil backup, Wi-Fi. Full baby equipment provided (travel cot, high chair, baby bath).



Please note: Pets allowed (max 2), smoking outdoors only, bed linen and towels not provided (rental available for an extra fee), cleaning available for an extra fee, no bachelor parties or events, interior steps, not suitable for very tall guests.
