This family home in the heart of the perched village of Limeuil, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Let yourself be lulled by the church bell tower, by the view of the Vézère valley and explore the streets of this village. Take advantage of the confluence to cool off. It is an ideal destination for discovering Périgord. Located near the panoramic garden of Limeuil, artisans, pebble beaches, restaurants, hiking trails and the greenway.



The Space:

The house extends over two floors with simple facilities. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. The ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility with a bedroom and an adapted bathroom. A parking space is available in front of the house, and another nearby. In summer, enjoy the terrace equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol and a barbecue.

On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, and a bathroom and 2 toilets. A kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator and a dining table. A living room with sofas, wifi, maps, a dining table and a small television.

On the first floor, you will find two bathrooms with showers and toilets, a first double bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two 90 x 190 beds and a third bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and attached bathroom.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire main house. You can enjoy the patio.

No public transport in Limeuil



Very few taxis



During the summer season (JULY- AUGUST) a few buses leave from Le Bugue and follow the Vézère valley, stopping off at a few tourist sites (e.g. the Lascaux cellars).



SHOPS:



The nearest supermarkets and farm shops are in Le Bugue (5km):

ALDI, LIDL, INTERMARCHE, LA MAISON PAYSANNE...



There are many local markets in the area.



Restaurants: There are several restaurants in the village (within walking distance).



Other Things to Note:

Linens, including tablecloths, tea towels and bath mats, are included in the price. However, bed and bath linen are not included. You can bring your own sheets and towels or opt for an optional supplement of €15 including tax per person per stay.

Mandatory cleaning fees are provided when booking to ensure disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must be left as you found it on the day of your arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, fridge and cupboards emptied and clean, clean traces of visible dirt and trash emptied into containers). You also have the option to add a full cleaning option for €25/hour for 4 hours, or €100.
