"The only bad thing was one thing I don’t like because I was tipping anytime someone did anything for me and that was when we call the front desk for some one to bring us up to the lobby to get a cab THEY NEVER CAME the one time they came was to check out and she said at check in any time we needed a ride up to get a cab they would come get us AND THEY DIDNT"

"Staff only turned down my room upon request and said usually it's every other day for guests staying 4 days or more. The front desk staff was rude and I believe they over charged me."

"We had a great time at the Westin St. Thomas. The multiple pools, pool and seaside dining options, and the breathtaking views were everything we had hoped for. We had a great stay and will be back!"

"Rooms were clean and insect free, quiet atmosphere and beautiful view of island plus your in the middle of both sides of were the beaches are 6 minute drive to either side of the things to do, middle of the beaches which are located on both sides of the island and Quiet away from the busy streets and up high"

"Excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful in many ways. The view from the balcony was of the harbor and it was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay."

"So friendly.. GREAT location (really close to town) If you are looking for an alternative to the big resorts, this is it."

"The staff was incredibly helpful"

"Quaint inn tucked away from the hustle and bustle! We were pleasantly surprised to also find the Island View Steakhouse onsite. It was an absolutely stunning dinner by amazing Chef Marshall! Words just can't describe it. If on the island and want a special dinner, you must come here!"

"Very nice and colourful place to stay. The manager, Scotty, and the rest of the team are very friendly and helpfull. We stayed in a small "apartment" across the road. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to do some cooking ourselves.
