The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with a office space
- Bathroom with shower and WC
1st floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, washing machine, iron.

Exterior:
- An 18 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A beautiful 42 m² garden with a small storage shed.

The house is ideally located in Limerzel, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
