"Pleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building. We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers. "At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . "Generally ok for transient use but found it a bit pricey given the condition of the hotel. It’s also strange to find out that the deluxe room for twin beds is more expensive than 1 queen bed which is unusual practice in hotels. There was a little cockroach on the bed when I woke up in the miffed of the night. Food in their restaurant is pleasant."

"Beautiful scenic location high in mountain next to the forests. Listening to the insects especially at night is amazing, something you don’t experience living in the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff here is welcoming and friendly. A visit to Tala River right below the hotels entrance is a must. The river is calm and soothing and the water is crystal clear. You are surrounded by a forest with no noise except from nature."

"It’s a great destination for a family vacation with small kids, the beach is quiet with mild waves only. Felt safe for the kids (3yo and 7yo) swimming in the sea. The room was spacious and air conditioning working well. The family room which can accommodate 8 adults is great but having only 1 bathroom for that many people is a hassle. Food is adequate. The staff and servers are amazing and very friendly. Overall a great stay, would love to come back again for a relaxing weekend. "

"When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM."

"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well!
