"As my husband stated, if we could give this 11 of 5 stars, we would. Sinead was lovely, from her warm greeting to the little treats she left. Excellent communication. The place was immaculate and she thought of so much. We were sad to leave and wished we could have stayed much longer. If you are lucky enough to book this gem, you will not regret it! "

"The accommodation is well finished and the staff pleasant. We had booked a room with a sofa bed which had not been made up so we were moved to a family room which had two beds but very little room around them.
We had to leave a day early as my mother was admitted to hospital but the hotel would not approve a partial refund.
The breakfast was fine.
I think this hotel is lovely but not really ideal for families. "

"As always, this was my favourite place to stay during my trip. Canadian/Irish citizen, moving to Portrush, so having a place to get to know the area that's right in town is essential. The renovations are incredibly well done and the new beds are the coziest mattresses I've ever slept on. The staff, top notch. Super friendly and helpful. Check in is simple and easy, we opted for the birthday package for our son andthe room was decorated, a handwritten card and lovely birthday dessert platter. "Wouldn’t recommend. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear every time someone comes home at night. We stayed at ground floor where there was no natural light but just a lot of noise. Whenever someone would enter their room, their doors would cause vibrations in ours!! Would no recommend at all!"
