You will appreciate this flat for its functionality, its fully-equipped kitchen, its two bedrooms and its bathroom.

The flat is on the fourth floor (no lift). Please note that it is located above a bar, which may cause noise pollution from Wednesday to Saturday evenings. I therefore advise light sleepers to bring their earplugs.

It has been carefully prepared to welcome you! Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. Possibility of arriving until midnight. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host being present.

The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and crockery for lunch and dinner.
The bed and cleaning are done before your arrival, and all linen is provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

The staircase to access the accommodation is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.
