We are delighted to welcome you to our stylish vacation apartment suitable for up to six guests, located in the heart of a new prestigious complex with a shared swimming pool and a solarium area. The beach is only 500 m away, and the city center is approximately 600m from the apartment. The apartment is built on two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a modern living room with a double sofa-bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine, a utility room, a nice porch with a private fenced garden, and a fireplace. On the first floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower box, a comfortable double bedroom, a beautiful twin bedroom, and two lovely terraces. The apartment is equipped with TV-SAT, video intercom, central heating, and A/C. One covered parking lot or garage included. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
