The flat includes a spacious balcony, a living/dining area with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and an American coffee machine, plus a double sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (all with toppers). There is a full bathroom with a shower box and a hairdryer. Amenities include TV, A/C, washing machine, safe, and one uncovered parking space located approx. 250 m from the residence.
