You’re right in the center of paradise and parking is extremely easy and comvenient. "The kitchen counter are tape. they need new arborite. the whole apt needs painting. There is no starter to the BBQ.Windows are dirtys. the is a dead animal (lezard) between the kitchen window and the screen."

"No frills but everything we needed. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, great for walks and bike rides. Within walking distance from the pool and the beach. Location just can't be beat!"

"Pool/gulf view is a must. Very nice, but pricey. Sliding glass door very, very hard to move. Shower water temp was way to hot, and could not be cooled with the regulating handle. We did not ask for a handicap accessible shower/bath, but got one. Did note care for the old tile floor, which looked dirty. The beach is really nice, with reasonable fees. Not overcrowded. The pool/gulf view overshadows most small issues."
