If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing cabin spot on acreage with beautiful views and close to Montauk state park or many other water activities then look no further. This 4 BR/2 BA 1,700 sq feet place has been newly renovated to include all of the necessary amenities while on vacation. A fully stocked and updated kitchen, two bathrooms (one shower, one tub/shower combo), a massive living room with comfortable couches looking towards a 65 inch smart tv. Just 3 miles from Montauk!!

Great place. Love that there were 2 washers, 2 dryers, and 2 refrigerators. Large living room where the whole family could spend time together and the kitchen had plenty of room. We had a maintenance issue, and the owner was quick to correct the problem. It could have been a little cleaner. Owner is addressing that with the cleaning staff.

Beautiful retreat

Stayed out in the area for a church revival meeting enjoyed our stay nice for us guys the ladies complained that it wasn't quite as clean as they expected but it is a hunting camp.

Lovely secluded property

I loved my stay at this property, plenty of space and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking supplies plus a grill on the deck. Super close to montauk and got to enjoy some fishing too!

Opening weekend trout season

The place was nice although not exactly a real road to get to it on the last stretch before arriving. Very close to the park which was nice. The place was infested with lady bugs though.

Excellent Accommodations

Great house for 7 adults plus a child. Large kitchen and living room. Great view. We used the BBQ grill and fire pit! Highly recommend.

Great place to visit

The communication with the host was great. The place was easy to find and access. All the information and pictures of the place are accurate. The property was really nice and peaceful. We had plenty of space both inside and outside. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and ready for us. We will definitely be back.

Fishing and Current River Kayaking trip

My husband and I had a great time staying at this lovely VRBO! It was serene, peaceful. The owners warned us about a millipede issue ahead of our arrival which was very helpful. The critters are with you out here in the middle of nowhere, that’s for sure! If you’re looking a spot to getaway that’s quiet, secluded and peaceful this is the spot, no doubt!

Weekend Fishing Trip

Location was right about 4 miles from the house to Montauk park. Excellent location. Little hard to find due to the address in paperwork from online was in correct, but ended up finding and all was great. Just a couple of minor things on the house, but overall great stay.

Weekend fishing getaway

The house is just as described in the info provided. Nice cozy and clean place. Really close to Montauk State Park for our fishing weekend. Plenty of parking for our large group had 4 full size pickups with more room to spare. We are already talking about next years trip and coming back to this same place.

Off the grid

Absolutely a beautiful property completely off the beaten path. We enjoyed our stay and the solitude of being off the grid. Would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to truly be away for a weekend with family and friends

Beautiful and Secluded!

Stayed for two nights Labor Day weekend. A very unique, secluded, and beautiful property. The restoration is impressive and the properity is well-managed by kind, friendly individuals. Clear, concise instructions were provided. Unique rustic house. Clean, comfortable, and great beds. We slept well. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The grounds are gorgeous secluded, and very quiet. We found it is easy to access a short drive off the main road. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, Scenic Hideaway Retreat!

This place was clean, spacious, and in a beautiful hideaway location. We spent a lot of time on the Current River and wished we had more time to enjoy this place. It furnished everything you would need to enjoy the scenic views and a beautiful quiet country getaway! I would highly recommend this place to others. However, when it comes to bedrooms, it's best to accommodate 4 adults and 3 children because one room has a single bed with a king bed together, the nex't room had only a queen bed. The third room had one bunk bed, and the last room only a single bed. There are two comfy couches in the huge living room that would work for 2 more adults. This is what we did because we had 7 adults and no children. All in all, it was really nice and worth it!

Montauk Nature Retreat

Our stay was great, we loved the location of Montauk State Park because we were in the area to float and fish. The kitchen was well-stocked and beautiful. The back porch was awesome to sit with coffee and in the evenings sip some wine.

Float trip

We booked this cabin for a family float trip on the Current River, Akers to Pulltite. It wasn't close for the float but we didnt mind the drive. There was plenty of room and beds for us, two adults and 4 teens. The cabin had extra fans for the bedrooms. We are all fan sleepers so we were excited about that. It was newly renovated. A couple of the bedrooms are smaller than the pictures looked but it wasn't a big deal for us. The AC worked really good. The wifi and smart TV were perks. The washer and dryer was another awesome perk. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, just bring your food. Nice pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, crock pot, large electric skillet/griddle and lots more we disnt use. Very cute and updated! The porches were nice, especially the porch swing. Very large yard and pond you can see from the cabin. The cabin is only about 5 miles from the Montauk state park mill, hatchery and spring. It was really cool to see. Overall I would highly recommend for a family or large group of friends. Very comfortable cabin!
