  • If you’re trying to get away from it all surrounded by nature and good food, wether you choose just chilling by the pool or explore the nearby Cinque Terre or places like Pisa or Florence, we’ll be happy to host you in our spacious 500 square meter air-conditioned villa with 12x6 meters heated swimming pool. Originally a monastery built in the 13th century, it has the best of both worlds with its original features and modern amenities like aircon, heated swimming pool, laundry room and Netflix.
    There are some amazing restaurants in the vicinity, we will be more than happy to provide recommendations based on personal experience. And believe me, we love our food!
    Start your day with breakfast on the terrace on top of the clouds with the most incredible ever changing views and finish it with a glass of chilled Aperol watching the most amazing sunsets or simply star gaze in the night.
    We offer a fully equipped kitchen and bespoke dining table which can comfortably sit up to 16 people. The main room is 120 square meters, has two separate sitting areas and opens up to the terrace, great space for spending time with family and friends or just enjoy reading a book quietly only listening to local wildlife.
    You’ll get an exclusive use of the property and the swimming pool. The main villa sleeping arrangements offer two downstairs en-suite bedrooms, three upstairs double bedrooms (two of these can be arranged with 2 single beds if preferred), additional bedroom/games room with two double sofa beds. There is a separate air conditioned barn as part of the property which offers two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and upstairs bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also an additional double sofa bed option in the living room. Please note the barn bedrooms are connected with a staircase, suitable for families who want to keep their children close. All linens and towels are provided. Also new from this season we offer a private chef option to get spoilt directly at the villa, we will arrange everything for you based on your dietary needs.

Virkelige smukke omgivelser og fuldstændigt privat.Dejlig træterrasse med udsigt over bjerge så langt øjet rækker. Den er dog er noget slidt og trænger til at blive skiftet, løse brædder og skruer stak op hist og her. Huset er perfekt hvis man rejser mange sammen og er inddelt i 3 afdelinger, hvilket giver mere privatliv.Lækker pool, som desværre bliver noget snavset i løbet af ugen. Det ville have været lækker med mulighed for hyppigere rengøring, eller tilgængeligt udstyr til selv at kunne rengøre den.Kommunikationen med vært og husholder var upåklageligt.

Used as a base for family and friends to attend my sons wedding in Licciana Nardi. It was the perfect location for 17 of us with plenty of room the grandchildren. They loved the pool. The scenery was beautiful, and the peacefulness was relaxing. It was a wonderful week.

Beautiful And Spacious

We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing. The views are fantastic. The owners were responsive to questions and the caretakers explained everything about the house. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the lovely villa. It was very spacious and well equipped,and maintained.The pool was pristine and a comfortable temperature in late May. We loved the horses which visited often outside our fence. We took some nice hikes/ walks up the mountain road. Our host was so helpful and responsive to all questions and requests, she could not have been more helpful!. It was more remote than we expected, a 20 minute drive zig zagging down the Mountain road to the 1st town. But in a way it made it seem like an adventure and an especially peaceful place to relax. The views were stunning! It was especially beautiful to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the stars and twinkling lights in the valley. We loved it! Our time there was unforgettable!

We had a truly relaxing and memorable stay. We were three families traveling together, and the house was perfect—it had three separate sleeping areas, so each family had their own private space. The large kitchen and open living area made it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together. The view was fantastic, and having breakfast out on the balcony each morning was a real highlight.But the real star of the stay was the pool. It was large, clean, and beautifully placed in the landscape—perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy throughout the day. We spent hours swimming, relaxing by the water, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It truly made the stay feel like a private retreat.There were also plenty of games, including table tennis and board games, which kept everyone entertained. Combined with the calm and scenic location, this house was the perfect countryside escape. Highly recommended for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the best of Tuscany.
