"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable."

The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "

"This was a great stay overall. Fully functional kitchen and washer/drier. However, no room cleaning or replenishing of towels unless you asked. But I’d stay again. Also, they have AC, many hotels don’t, so that was a plus we didn’t know is a must have. "

"I loved everything about this property. I was traveling solo but the atmosphere is safe. The food and drinks are the best. The cleanliness of the hotel is attributed by the cleaning staff who work above and beyond to keep the hotel clean. The entire staff are exceptional who make sure all of your needs are met. Not good with names ,but the manager I believe Chris is his name runs that hotel efficiently and is an inspiration to his staff. The female supervisor holds her own during her shift....

"I personally expressed deep dissatisfaction with my recent booking. After a canceled flight and lost luggage, I arrived exhausted at the hotel, only to be met by a cold and shockingly unprofessional front desk staff member. Apple Pay wasn’t accepted—unexpected, but manageable. I was then asked to pay a £50 deposit, with no receipt provided. As my employer strictly requires receipts, I politely questioned this. When I suggested that perhaps I should cancel the booking, the receptionist abruptly snapped: “THAT’S OK! Take your stuff and never come back!” I initially walked out in shock, but returned after 30 seconds to ask if this was really necessary—she repeated the demand I leave. I was treated with zero empathy, and the hostility from this staff member was deeply unsettling. With few options left that evening, I had to book into the Hyatt at a much higher price.
It’s been a week with no refund or contact. I understand policies vary, but no guest—especially one already in distress—should be treated with such cruelty and dismissal. This was not just poor service—it was a total collapse of professional and human decency. I felt humiliated, abandoned, and frankly shocked that a Hotels.com partner would allow such behavior. I expect a full investigation, accountability, and fair compensation for one of the most degrading travel experiences I’ve ever endured.

Everything was a diappointment and I dont know where to start. The constant No´s at all questions, the defect mixer tap in the shower that wasnt fixed until I threatened them. The missing towel after cleaning had been there, or the missing toilet paper - or or or I could go on! Just in general a very bad experience and location as well. Dont go there!"
