"A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there...

"Amazing hotel had a fabulous time superb location stunning view but what really made it was the staff who made us feelso at home nothing too much trouble. Big shout out to Vijay who elevate our whole stay with his help and friendship"

"Everything thing about stay was good and staff was very polite"

"Staff were fab and extremely helpful. "

"Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable. $25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation. Comical incompetence. "

"We only stayed two nights but it was the perfect location for the end of our trip to Dharamsala. Norbulingka Institute is very close by and the airport is not too far away."

"Clean Rooms and property. Staff very friendly especially Mr. Gaurav Khurana. Location is good. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Sufficient parking space."

"5 Star Indian, but with some definite things to consider before booking. First they play Better Together by Jack Johnson across the hotel on auto-repeat. No gaps, no songs in between, you can guess the next song... Better Together... well except for at breakfast. There you will get a tight repeat of a Krishna Yoga Tune inside and Jack on the patio. The yoga music has no gaps and repeats the same phrases again and again until you want to scream. I'll get back to the subject of breakfast in a bit....
