Large 80m² gîte with 2 bedrooms equipped with 160x200cm beds that can be separated into 2 80x200cm beds if necessary.
The largest bedroom allows for a baby bed, and the TV area is equipped with a pull-out bed as a sofa for an additional person.
The large living room/kitchen overlooks the large bay window. This large space could potentially accommodate a large family who may have reserved several accommodations on the estate. As such, we are in partnership with a caterer from Lézignan Corbières who can, if necessary, offer you menus for your group meals.
The whole is completed by separate WC and a bathroom.
Outside you will enjoy a large wooden terrace overlooking the pine forest and the balcony behind the bay window.
The cottage is fully air-conditioned. it is powered by photovoltaic panels above its roof.
To enhance your stay we offer rental of mountain bikes, electric VTCs, inflatable Stand Up Paddles and we have made for you a selection of the best artisanal products produced around as well as the olive oil produced on the estate.
