Ty Bihan Lézard - Quiet house with a garden near the village, beach, and harbor

David & Lucie welcome you to their cozy little stone house "Ty Bihan" in Breton
Semi-detached house of 40 m2 completely renovated (2021/2022) with care and designed for 4 people MAXIMUM.

On the first floor you will find:

• A fully equipped open KITCHEN
Oven/ microwave/ induction hob
Dishwasher
Washing machine
Dolce gusto coffee machine (capsule) Kettle
Toaster/juicer

• A LOUNGE area with a sofa, an armchair and a TV
Internet box orange + tnt sat


You will access by a SMALL spiral staircase to the FIRST FLOOR:

• 2 CHAMBERS of identical surface area:

- One (velux) with 1 double bed of 160x200 cm with duvet of 240×260 cm

- The other (window) with 2 single beds of 80x200 cm with duvets of 140×200 cm

Comfortable bedding (Sherwood) and storage area in each

• 1 BATHROOM with:
shower enclosure
vanity unit with 2 taps
Towel warmer
Hair dryer
Storage bench

• 1 separate toilet

You can enjoy a pleasant outdoor area with lawn at the front with the morning sun and 20 m2 wooden terrace at the back with the evening sun
Charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided), garden furniture and sunbeds are at your disposal.

- Access to the house is via a slightly steep pedestrian path with small steps (which also makes it charming)
- NB: The approach and configuration of the housing have not adapted to functional impotence

- The vehicle remains parked in the parking lot below the road
Possible and authorized stop at the entrance of the path to unload belongings/groceries
- We use a key box (with code given in advance) when we cannot accommodate our guests

- Proximity to the village (5 min walk from the mini-market then bakery/butcher/tobacco bar)
- Market on the central square every Friday morning and animated in summer by bell-ringers
- Marina 15 minutes walk away with restaurant, boat trip (boarding the Trieux ferryman) bike rental
- Nearest cities by car

● Beds ONLY MADE ON REQUEST (at a price of 10 euros per bed)

▪︎ Towels (shower towels, washcloths) and beach towels are not provided!
▪︎ Dish towels and bath mats are provided

- Rental is from SATURDAY to SATURDAY (July and August)
- Arrival at least 4 pm
- Departure 10 a.m. maximum
- Possibility to book a minimum of 2 nights all year round
