No shampoo’s etc at the bathroom.
Manager offerred coffee in the wait from a coffee machine that had been brokken for several days. This meant no coffee at breakfast

Joy was so very sweet to everyone and she went above and beyond helping a young girl who was taking care of her two little sisters during breakfast, which was precious of the young girl, and also says a lot for the facility to feel safe staying at!
