"Was in a neighborhood that was within walking distance of several restaurants. House was just as described. The checkin process was very easy and the host communicated very quickly to all of our questions."

"Great place for family with teens, they had the whole downstairs to themselves and loved it. The host was very responsive and helpful."

"Very nice remodeled, lower level home. Great location. Quiet Street just a few doors down from a large park.Close to UK campus and especially for the track and field complex. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful."

"Roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Beds and pillows were good. Nice kitchen and large appliances. Could use more utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom otherwise well stocked. Close to university and downtown. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to book and good communication with host. Would stay again."

"Mitzi's place was clean, easy to check in, and so comfortable! The additional outdoor space and carport were great additions, and the location was ideal. I had a great stay and my cat loved it too!"

"Very clean, locations was great, and spacious."

"great place with everything we needed."

"The location was great in terms of being close to the things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable. I also really appreciated the black out curtains in the bedrooms. The owner was responsive and helpful. The only small ding is the road noise from the highway, which the owner can't help. I sleep with a fan, so it helped to drown the traffic noise out. We were comfortable here."

"Great location. Great place."

"Locksmith needed to enter. No hot water. After plumber came, you could only run hot water in one room at a time. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The showers were slippery. There were no spoons for cereal. The storm doors did not fit properly. The sink in one bathroom was about 4 inches by 6 inches. A joke. The response to our problems was genuine and quick but these issues never should have happened in the first place."

"Property needs attention. Not all smoke detectors operational, an outleft hanging out of the wall, another that didn't work. No tissues or paper towels were provided. The lock on door is difficult to input code, maybe a low battery? Outdoor trashcan overflowing with trash on the ground "
