"This is an excellent New England Inn. Rooms are modern and lovely. Much more character than the chain hotels that are in and around Boston.
Business dinner last night at the restaurant was outstanding as was breakfast this morning.
The only negative Travelers should be aware of is there are no desks in most of the rooms. I had no problem using my laptop in the breakfast room."

"Situated great for shopping. Can recommend the foodcourt at South Shore Mall just on the other side of the street. The breakfast at the hotel did not have a lot of options. Would have liked some buns, and ham, maybe not the same kind og egg every day for a week.
Furthermore, it is the first hotel I ever stayed in, where you request cleaning. Then it was done, but you have to ask for at in the reception.
The staff is so nice and polite. Thx for a good stay, and the service level you provide."

"We looked forward to a few days near the beach. And the location was to-die-for. But that's about it... We arrived late due to a cancelled flight and informed the hotel by phone about the delay. But when we aerived our booking was cancelled. Fortunately they still had a room for us, however it was not ready at all when we entered. Lacking towels for 3 persons and bedding for 1. The partial ocean view is only visible if you look through a mirror or stand in one corner of the room. The breakfast...

"Everything about the hotel was great. Wasn’t the most perfect experience but I didn’t expect to be for the price I got. It got the job done with rooms, breakfast, and shuttle. Only minor issues with the room like small holes in the curtain and lamp shade but overall the breakfast was good and the shuttle drivers were great. 9/10"

"We have stayed here twice and have loved it both times while on the east coast. Restaurant onsite, robes available and a free airport shuttle. We turned the rental car in a day early and got rides from the airport!"

"The staff, especially those in housekeeping, were so diligent and hardworking. They made sure supplies were always restocked and the room was clean. Breakfast services from 6am-11am provided ample time for guests. We would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect if you were needing for airport specific stay. If not the location is inconvenient to city exploring but Uber was accessible. Staff was friendly except for check-in receptionist. She didn’t welcome us, make eye contact or give any details about breakfast, WiFi, etc. she actually was talking in the phone while checking me in and just handed me the keys"

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.

"I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.
I can’t wait to return to this hotel.

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."
"Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge.
Gym is small but functional 👍
