PARKING: There is room for up to 10 vehicles to park at this property. 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway, 4 vehicles can be parked on Menifee Ave. down the side of our home an additional 2 vehicles may be parked in front of our home. It is very important you do not park in front of neighbors homes. This is a small residential neighborhood and it is against the local ordinance for short term rental guests to park in front of our neighbors homes. Any cars parked in front of neighbors homes WILL BE TOWED at the guests expense. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

As you descend the stairs, you will find a spacious TV common area that boasts 9-foot ceilings, making the space feel open and airy. The basement level is also home to two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms features two sets of queen bunk beds, a favorite amongst our guests with large families or groups of friends. This room is perfect for those who want to make the most of their space and sleep comfortably with a larger group.

The bedrooms are designed with comfort and practicality in mind, with ample space and natural light that floods the rooms, providing a warm and inviting ambiance. The bedrooms are also equipped with comfortable mattresses, fluffy pillows and high-quality linens to ensure that you have a restful night's sleep.
