"This hotel could be a 5 star if: 1. They got rid of the low boy toilets 2. They got a better toilet paper - it is truly paper, bring your own 3. They had handheld shower head 4. They had better coffee in the room and in the breakfast area"

"Liked the quiet location, warm welcome, rooms was supplied with everything, coffee maker (although owners operate a coffee truck in the mornings on the premises), bathrobes, table and chairs, roomy closet, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay while I spent daytime with family at nearby State Beach campground."

"It’s definitely a 2-star motel. You get what you pay for. It wasn’t filthy, but it definitely wasn’t clean. Pros: Full-size fridge was clean and cold! Cable TV with premium channels. Courteous front desk clerk. Cons: The key card for one of our rooms only worked some of the time, and when it wasn’t working there was nobody in the office to help. One of the bedside lights did not work. The bathroom faucet was covered with gritty body wash or something when I went to turn on the shower....

"We had a nice room looking out over the Columbia River, which is pretty much right out the back door of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We’d stay there again."

"Parking was not available unless you wanted to move your car every two hours or risk unsafe areas. Breakfast was available at restaurant. Staff when onsite were great but often not there. Room was clean. Noise outside was terrible. No AC so windows were open. Will not be back."

"Great place with a nice staff. We stayed one night in a Deluxe Cityview King Studio which we really enjoyed. Very nice modern room with everything we needed -finaly a room without wall to wall carpets. The only thing we missed was airconditioning. We did however have a ceilingfan in the bedroom. Very nice patio area outside with seating and beautiful views of the Columbia River. We found the menu in the restaurant to be a bit strange for our taste - and since they were out of all the dishes...

I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks."

"I was charged for a queen bed, it was a full bed. There was no complimentary shampoo available, and I forgot to bring one. I was told by Expedia that they had rollaway beds, they did not. They did not have a coffee pot in the room, you had to go to the lobby. The only good things were that the small bed was comfortable and the location of the motel was nice."

"Our stay was amazing. The hotel is so quaint and welcoming. All the special touches are so personal. Clean and comfortable. We loved the added buzz fan for noise. The complimentary amenities were a bonus. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend it."
