We were there in January and it was very cold, so it was nice to have a warm place so close to everything (though the kitchen can be still be cold!). "Had a girlie weekend away for my daughters 16th, 4 teenagers and 4 adults.The house was perfectly situated right next to beach and shopping so perfect for us. Easy access from Train station, and for those who drive the carpark.House was absolutely spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, its a bit of a tardis as bigger inside than it looks.
