Staff are amazing, went above and beyond to meet our needs to ensure our short break went to plan, even offering to transport us into Ludlow as we were struggling to secure a taxi. The apartment has absolutely everything we needed, very comfortable, clean and tidy. The shower is excellent and milk tea coffee were provided as well as the very much appreciated mini jaffas. Will definitely stay again. "
