Located in Lesperon, this independent 22 m² holiday home is ideal for a couple or a small family seeking peace and nature. Set in a fully fenced, wooded park of one hectare, you are just 20 to 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and nearby lakes.



Comfortable and well equipped

You will find a bright living area with a double bed (140x190), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.



Bed linen, towels, and children's accessories are not provided by default, but can be rented on request and subject to availability. A baby bed and high chair are available on request. A welcome kit is provided: one rubbish bag, one toilet paper roll, soap, a sponge, and a sachet of multi-purpose dishwashing liquid (tea towel not included).



Shared outdoor spaces

Enjoy your private covered terrace of 20 m² with table, chairs, armchair, and charcoal barbecue. You also have access to a shared park with forest views, swimming pool (open June to September, 9:30 am to 8:30 pm), table tennis, and pétanque court.
