Spacious house Allée de la Pastourelle, in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Capacity: up to 8 people.



The house includes:

Large double living room with lounge (sofa, armchairs, TV, Wifi) and dining room

Fully equipped independent kitchen: cooking hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Krups coffee maker, kettle

2 bedrooms with double 140 beds

Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine

Separate toilet



Upstairs:

Bedroom with 2 single beds

Bedroom with bunk beds

Bathroom with shower, washbasin



Exterior: large enclosed garden, garden furniture, direct beach access through a gate, bicycles available.

Free parking on the street.



A 5-minute walk from the Chaume quay, its shops and restaurants.

A few minutes by bicycle from the Paracou beach.

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
