On the upper floor you will find an independent kitchen very well equipped with oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, a dishwasher, a microwave... It opens onto the living-dining room offering a sofa and armchair around the coffee table as well as a table and its chairs. TV and Wifi.

Night side 2 bedrooms with double beds in 140, bedside tables and wardrobes. A bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit completes this first part. Separate toilet.

On the ground floor, a studio with 2 sofa beds in 140 cm, a bathroom and separate toilets as well as a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden at the back.

For even more comfort, a closed and tree-lined garden will allow you to spend beautiful summer evenings; garden furniture and its electric barbecue available.



Access to the garage for using the washing machine and storing your bicycles or nautical equipment.
