The house consists of an entrance hall leading after a few steps to the 1st level, comprising a vast living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, Wifi and a beautiful spacious dining room with its extendable table and 8 chairs to gather around a good meal.
The kitchen is independent, functional and fully equipped: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Filters).
The living and kitchen areas open onto a large wooden terrace, calm and sheltered from view, with a pleasant view of the vegetation, you will enjoy a magnificent relaxation space to gather around an aperitif or lounge on a deck chair.
An independent WC.

Upstairs, you will have a first large bedroom equipped with a double bed in 160, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, a sink with storage unit, a hairdryer and a towel dryer. A second bedroom with two single beds in 90 and bedside tables. And a third bedroom with a double bed in 140, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The second and third bedrooms have a communicating bathroom, with a shower, a sink and storage shelf.
Two of the bedrooms have a small balcony with a side view of the ocean.

Finally, in the basement, you will have a laundry area with numerous storage spaces, a washing machine and cleaning supplies. A third bathroom completes the house, equipped with a shower, a towel dryer, a sink and a WC.
A night/bedroom area with a double bed in 160 and a chest of drawers, in which a second living room is at your disposal. This living room has two sofas, a coffee table and a TV.
