ROSE Vacances offers you this lovely studio located on the 7th floor of a residence with a lift, offering breathtaking views over Sables-d'Olonne bay.

Newly renovated, at the foot of the beach and the lively Présidents district, it can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children).



An ideal location:

Everything is within walking distance! Beach, Tanchet lake, shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher's, pharmacy everything is within immediate reach.



The accommodation consists of:

A beautiful open-plan kitchen/living room area overlooking a sea-facing balcony, equipped with a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed.

An open and functional kitchen, fully equipped: kettle, toaster, citrus press, microwave, filter coffee maker, crockery and storage.

A cabin bedroom area with bunk beds (90 cm) and integrated reading lights, perfect for children!

A spacious bathroom, with vanity unit, heated towel rail, hair dryer, washing machine and storage.

Separate WC.

Equipped with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the ocean.

Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry

In case of non-compliance or if thorough cleaning is necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
