ROSE Holidays presents this magnificent holiday home with a swimming pool, ideally located just 100 metres from Paracou beach, in Les Sables d'Olonne.



Spacious and bright, this 140 m² house is perfect for a family stay or with friends, in a natural and relaxing setting.



Composition of the Accommodation



The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed as follows:



Ground Floor:

Large modern kitchen fully equipped: oven, induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.

Two bedrooms with double beds and television.

A third bedroom fitted with a double sofa bed and a television.

A master suite with a double bed, private bathroom (shower, washbasin, storage) and a private terrace sheltered from view, perfect for a moment of calm.



Living Space:



Spacious living room with TV lounge and football table for convivial moments.

Large conservatory designed to enjoy your meals indoors or outdoors as you wish.



Exteriors:



Large pine tree garden, fully enclosed, calm and sunny.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
