Fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living area: refrigerator, freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher...

Friendly and spacious living area with dining space and lounge area, TV and WiFi.



4 bedrooms:

3 bedrooms with a double bed in 160 cm, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and WC

1 bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 cm



2 shower rooms and 2 independent toilets.



Housing asset: patio with large openings directly overlooking the outside, allowing you to have lunch sheltered, you will enjoy a magnificent garden in a quiet setting, fully enclosed and wooded, several terraces with garden furniture and sunbeds to enjoy the sun.

Parking: you will be able to park 2 vehicles in the driveway.

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
