Capacity: up to 2 people.

Access to the unheated communal swimming pool from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm; open from 01/06 to 15/09.

Our accommodation is located within a residential building occupied year-round. In order to preserve the peace and comfort of all residents, we thank you for respecting the neighbourhood and the building regulations during your stay.



Parties, evenings and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please keep noise to a minimum.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
