Sleeping area upstairs with 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed single bed and storage cupboard and a second bedroom with 1 double bed 1 single bed (120) and storage cupboard

Shower room, washbasin, storage unit, hairdryer and WC

Veranda with table and chairs for 6 people

Storage garage with beach equipment, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, washing machine, a second shower room with WC perfect for returning from the beach

Arrival: from 4 PM (not before)

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
