ROSE Holidays offers you this superb fully renovated cottage, providing a modern and refined setting, located near the Channel.

Ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay, this house can accommodate up to 4 people.



Perfect for discovering the charm of the Chaume district, it is located just steps away from the quays, the Olona marina, and numerous local businesses: bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities.

You can also easily access the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne thanks to the ferry, which crosses the channel in just a few minutes.



Composition of the Accommodation



The interior of the house has been completely renovated and decorated with care, offering a warm and contemporary atmosphere.



On the ground floor:



A lovely double room with bathroom, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquillity.



Upstairs:



A friendly living area comprising a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, microwave, coffee maker...



A double bed in a mezzanine, offering a cosy corner with a view of the living area.



A small balcony with a view of the canal, perfect for a morning coffee or a moment of relaxation at the end of the day.

2 minutes' walk from the Chaume quay and its shops (bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurants...).



6 minutes by car from the train station and city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.



7 minutes by bicycle from Paracou beach.



Free parking in front of the house or in surrounding streets.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
