This semi-detached villa is composed of a living room opening onto an enclosed terrace with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with 2 electric plates, a microwave, a mini oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer and a washing machine, and a toilet on the first floor.

You will reach the first floor by a staircase distributing a first attic bedroom with a 140cm bed and a velux, a second small cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a window. And to finish, a bathroom with a bathtub.

Lunch on the terrace equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

*Availability of the swimming pool subject to the decrees cause COVID-19.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
