  • After renting our chalet in the centre of Les Houches for 10 years, we have renovated the family chalet located at altitude on the road to Coupeau. This warm detached chalet was completely refurbished in 2024, all in wood and with a surface area of 160 m2, placed on a sloping plot of 1600 m2, located at an altitude of 1248 metres. It is made up on 2 levels of 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms (shower + WC and sink), with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher...) and with laundry room (washing machine and dryer...) and 1 basement with a fifth bedroom + 1 fourth bathroom and WC+ sauna.
    The chalet has a large terrace to the south with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc range.

    Located in the Upper Savoyard village of Les Houches with a breathtaking view, at the entrance to the Chamonix valley, opposite Mont Blanc and the Bossons glacier. Take the highest aerial cableway in Europe to reach the Aiguille du Midi or spend an unforgettable afternoon at the Mer de Glace, the largest glacier in France.

    The chalet is located 4 kms from the town hall, the ice rink, the ski lift starting in the village centre with the departure of the buses to the ski areas of the Chamonix valley. You will find restaurants, bars, shops, 2 supermarkets, a gym, a pharmacy, doctors-physiotherapists-nurses, the ice rink, the ski lifts...

    Access to the A40 motorway: 3.5 kms
    Mont Blanc Tunnel: 13 kms
    Geneva Airport: 98 kms with a shuttle every 45 minutes
