Cozy countryside home near Puy du Fou

Enjoy a countryside getaway while being close to Puy du Fou, just 8 km away by car or 4 km by bike! This house comprises a living/dining/kitchen area, a utility room with a washing machine, and a hallway leading to two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. You'll have a private terrace at the front of the house with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a second private terrace at the rear, also with garden furniture. From this second terrace, you'll have access to a private enclosed garden with a pétanque court, as well as an orchard shared with the owners. You can park your car in front of the house or in a designated space a little further up the road, and you can store your bicycles safely in an outbuilding.

Access to the house is via two steps. The cottage is attached to another dwelling. It is located near the owners' accommodation and working farms (cattle, poultry).
