The duplex apartment on the 6th floor (no elevator) comfortably sleeps 6, and comprises a large living room with access to the balcony from which you can admire the sublime view of the ski area, a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, a sleeping area on the first floor, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Linen and towels are not included. Public parking lot with private parking space.

The apartment is located in a winter and summer resort.

- The residence also has a free private tennis court.

- Work is being carried out by the municipality on the outside of the property to enable easier access by funicular. Completion is scheduled for the end of December 2025.
