Come and discover this authentic semi-detached house, typical of the island, divided into 3 independent units, nestled just behind the church in the village of Anses d'Arlet, just 100 metres from the beach. You will appreciate its terrace perfect for enjoying a barbecue and sun loungers as well as its direct access to the village.



Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house, benefiting from a privileged location in one of the most beautiful villages in Martinique, can accommodate up to 7 travellers.



Upon your arrival, you will discover the lounge area equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The living area also has a table that will allow you to share your meals all together, or you can also enjoy the one installed on the covered terrace. The independent and fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.



For sleeping, the house has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a third bedroom on the 2nd floor, all three air-conditioned:

- Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed with a small balcony with a view of the church and the sea

- Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed with a small balcony with a view of the mountains

- Bedroom 3: equipped with 3 single beds as well as a water point (WC and sink)



A bathroom as well as 2 independent WCs complete the house. For added comfort, a washing machine shared with two other units is at your disposal.



You can park your vehicle in the private car park of the rental shared with the 2 other units.

- This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
