As lovers of this beautiful valley and this peaceful, welcoming hamlet, we set out to restore this charming village house.
After two years of renovations, we are delighted to offer you this lovely, functional, and comfortable chalet.
The chalet is spread over four levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find

- a large, functional kitchen equipped with a large-capacity refrigerator, a convection oven and microwave, an induction cooktop, a traditional coffee maker and a Senseo machine, a kettle, a toaster, and raclette and fondue sets...
The kitchen opens onto a pleasant dining room and a terrace.

On the first floor,
- A cozy living room with an XXL sofa where you can relax after a great day of skiing and outdoor activities by the wood-burning stove.
You can enjoy a smart TV with internet access.
- A bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a large 160 × 200 bed, and a large built-in closet.
- Another unique and charming, full-
-style bedroom with two 140 bunk beds and a large built-in closet.
- A bathroom with a shower and a double-sink vanity.
- A separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor,
Two beautiful master-suite-style bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One with a bathtub, the other with a shower.

In the basement is the laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
This chalet is brand new.
Free parking is available nearby.
The “Des Villages” ski run is located 50 m above the chalet and provides access to the Olymp aerial cableway and the main town of Les Allues.
Also, just 200 m away, a free shuttle serves the hamlet, providing access in less than 10 minutes to the various ski lifts in the magnificent 3 Vallées ski area.
The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes

A 10-minute walk or less than a kilometer by car will take you to local shops and restaurants.
