Villa La Bonne Etoile The Perfect Family Oasis

Villa La Bonne Etoile is located in Les Adrets de L'Esterel; 20 minutes drive to beaches, 30 minutes from Cannes, Nice, Frejus and Saint Raphael.

KITCHEN :
The kitchen is fully equipped with new, modern appliances and utensils with everything you may require to prepare meals at home, including:
- Nespresso & Krups Filter Coffee machines
- Large fridge/freezer
- Oven, induction stove-top, microwave
- All glasses, cutlery, crockery, cups, ice bucket etc. guests may require.
- There is also an outdoor Gas Weber BBQ - with all the required utensils.

DINING :
There are 2 x dining tables, one inside and one outside. They are both expandable and can seat up to 12 guests.

LOUNGE/SEATING :
There is an indoor lounge with a SMART TV
Wifi - works within the house, however, does not reach the pool area.
Outdoor seating on the top terrace with umbrella and another seating area pool-side.

POOL :
A large (11m x 6m) private pool, with 10 x sun loungers and umbrellas.
There is a child safety fence around the pool
There is also a pool alarm for additional child safety.

BEDROOM 1 :
The only bedroom located on the 2nd floor (top floor)

En-suite bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet & sink
Large, private balcony overlooking the pool and hills beyond.

This bedroom faces the back of the property and does not have a view.

*There is an additional guest loo in the corridor

*This bedroom does not have an external window or views.

There is also a desk with chair and lamp for remote working in the studio. Wifi router allows access to the internet for guests in the studio as well if needed.

CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA :
There is a small kids play area with a slide and swing
There is also a Wendy house in the garden with kids toys that children are welcome to use.
We also have board-games for the whole family

PARKING :
There is secure parking on the property for up to 5 vehicles.

TRAVELER ACCESS :
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival.

EXTRA CHARGES :
Linen is provided and included in the cleaning costs (bed linen, towels, tea towels and pool towel) for stays of 6 nights or more.
A request for additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE :
In order to facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send to you once the reservation has been confirmed. Following this, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet made available to you throughout the duration of your stay. You will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, the operation of the accommodation, good addresses and more.

DEPOSIT :
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
