"Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were...

"Really bad experience. Firstly, they charge a large cleaning fee on top of the price, unless you do a full cleaning yourself.
Secondly, they double booked the room so at 2.30 AM suddenly someone else were in our room. This meant the kids woke up and was really scared of what was going on. "
